DESIGN
We trace and prepare the artwork onto the primary tufting cloth, ensuring the proportions and colors are exactly right before the gun turns on.

TUFT
The physical work. Yarn is punched through the backing cloth row by row, building the pile and bringing the image to life.

FINISH
Glue is applied to secure the fibers, backing cloth is attached, and the edges are bound. Then comes the carving—trimming between colors to create crisp, sharp lines.
